Huge pile of sand / cement left in a pile outside house, 27th April
Building work is being carried out on 23 Oakleigh Gardens. Previously a massive pile of bricks was left outside house on the road with no warning lights. Now there is a huge pile of sand, presumably to be used for cement, outside the house left in the road obstructing the road and invisible to vehicles in the dark. No warning lights or signs. A hazard.

Fly-Tipping & Litter: Green Street Green Recycling Site, 23rd April
Sun 21 Apr 2024: For the record, most residents may be unaware of the unenviable job that Veolia undertakes up to four-times-a-day clearing fly-tipped rubbish and litter dumped on and around the recycling bins in Pinewood Drive. Loose litter is left and is blown through the fence behind the bins and into the green space along Pinewood Drive where, more often than not, it is left for local volunteers to litter pick. We will continue to ask Bromley Council (ward councillors and officers), Veolia and idverde to work together on improving the 'binfrastructure' with better recycling bin design to reduce contamination, and modifications to fencing around the site to deter fly-tipping and contain loose litter. Bell Bollard Vandalised in Green Street Green, 23rd April
Mon 22 Apr 2024: Third occasion in recent years that we have reported this Bell Bollard being uprooted at the junction of Farnborough Hill and Sevenoaks Road, despite a supplier stating that "With its unique shape and firm roots, it will deflect the wheels of even the heaviest of vehicles ..." (https://www.furnitubes.com/street-furniture/product/bell-bollard/). Please factor these incidents into the current road danger reduction review of this junction. TIA

Barriers need collecting, 23rd April
These were left behind after pile of broken paving slabs were collected from the road. The barriers have now been piled on grass by residents (initially overhanging pavement on to road). There is also a small amount of leftover broken glass and rubble on the grass and in the road in front of the barriers.
