Horse on footpath, 4th May
Once again horse riders brazenly riding along the footpath in Eynsford Rec. Photos taken between 17.52 and 18.07 om 4/05/24 The female escort told me they are allowed to ride through to the woods and have a 'letter from the council' to this effect. She also told me that the 'no horse riding' signs were old and from 'before'! The rider approached the stables, but then turned around to allow the horse to graze by the pavilion. This felt like a final act of defiance. The state of the earth paths, churned up by horse hooves makes them dangerous for some walkers to use and curtails the enjoyment of dog walking and recreational walkers.

Overgrown Tree, 3rd May
Huge Horse Chestnut Tree that has spread considerably over past few years. It now covers a large part of the driveway resulting in considerable birds mess covering the vehicles and drive way below. Also sprouting at base and head height which is hindering pedestrians when passing by on the narrow pavement. Could the council please consider giving this tree a major pruning as it also cast a large shadow during the afternoon and pre sunset period which in turn make the inside of the house rather gloomy both upstairs and down. Thanks.

Glass/Cans and Dangerous Cover, 3rd May
The alleyway in brow crescent was cleared this week of the overgrown but was half a job. Shredded cans and glass has been left. There is also a sharp cover which is really dangerous and this cut our puppys paw quite badly.

The yellow line and white bay boxes have fading away, 2nd May
We the residence pay to park in the our road Russett Close but with the lines fading away, we are now getting commuters parking in Russett Close to go to Chelsfield Station. Also, the permits payment has increase so we expect that the yellow lines and white bay would be more visible.
