Tree stump uplifting pavement, 26th April
The tree is growing out of the ground and have had to rebuild a wall the tree was cut by yourselves and the tree is now sprouting again and causing havoc on the pavement. It was meant to be taken out a year ago by yourselves.

Loose manhole cover, 26th April
Thames Water manhole cover at junction of Queensway and Woodhurst Avenue going towards Frankswood Avenue - farthest one in photo. I was standing ouside Boots Opticians for 30 min. with dog and there is a loud banging noise every time a vehicle passed over it, which is the vast majority. Does not appear defective but there is obviously something wrong with the seating of it.

Crumbling road surface, 25th April
I reported this a while ago. The whole length of this road needs properly resurfacing. I see Magpie Hall Lane has been resurfaced its entire length and it wasn't anywhere near as bad as Page Heath lane.
