Gert Big potholes, 19th April
There are a number of Potholes on the roundabout of various sizes and depths making it difficult to negotiate without having to traverse what appears to be the Mariana Trench. In some places it's so deep I believe I saw a Blue Whale splashing around.

A large number of cars are being parked for local airport parking in fields adjoining the A38. They are using access directly onto the A38 and dragging mud onto the A38. There should be mud on road warning signs and warning that cars are exiting at speed onto the A38.

Pedestrian Traffic Signal keeps cancelling call, 26th June
When crossing the A38 at Lulsgate Bottom from East to West I pushed the button and waitied but after about 30 seconds the push button light went out even though the pedestrian stage hadnt started. I repeated this and it happened again. Eventually gave up and crossed in gaps when the side road got a green light. I could see there was a detector on the signal pole above me and tried to stand within that but it didnt make any difference.
