No works are being carried out in this lane but workmen from the nearby roadworks are dumping material at this junction making it unusable. It's a long detour to find an alternative route and those roads are busier and more dangerous. Been like this for at least 5 days now.

Removed traffic light, 2nd February
One side of the roads traffic lights has been removed, there is now NO SAFE crossing for the children to get to school.
The immediate replacement of the lights is urgently required. In the interim some form of traffic control system should be installed temporarily to allow the children safe crossing of the road.
