Emergency access to 16 Otterford Close Blocked, 16th May
The rear emergency access to my vulnerable mother’s home has not been cleared for years. It’s inaccessible. It is a rear lane and is completely over grown. She is 94, blind, deaf and has Alzheimer’s. It needs clearing very soon as her health is demonising and we may need this access. It is the rear access to 16 Otterford Close BS149JR

Fence falling down, 16th May
This picture was taken a week or so ago. The fence has now fallen further down and people are having to duck to get under it, it is snapping away and the children walking under it to get to school are in danger.

Flytipping, 15th May
Citizen explains a mattress, alcohol bottles and receipts have been dumped here. also there has been a group of people hanging out here. All these issues have been happening since the gate came down. would it possible to put the gate back up please?

Fence falling down, 15th May
This is a public footpath and access to the school and nursery. The fence is hanging on and is a very big liability issue if this fence falls on a child walking to school. The fence has nails hanging out of it and very dangerous for small children.

Drain on corner of Davids Road and Wells road gushing water., 15th May
It is gushing water from a street drain on the corner of Davids Road and Wells Road. When I arrived home a few doors up from the drain on at 636 Wells Road I had the washing on and my kitchen was also starting to flood- I assume it is related - so I have had to turn the water off inside.

Street lamp damaged by delivery vehicle, 10th May
Today 10th May @ 14:20 a delivery vehicle WU15 DHC, Hills Delivery, reversed into Woodmarsh Close in order to turn around, in doing so driver reversed into the street lamp which is now leaning at an angle, the driver proceeded to make a delivery at 10 Court Farm Road.

Collapsed fence in lane used by School children, 10th May
I can see that this issue has already been reported but it has now worsened and members of the public have to duck to pass through the lane. The fence post also now has exposed nails. This fence is on the verge of falling on someone.

Part of speed ramp missing, exposing screws and bolts, 10th May
This speed ramp has been damaged since January this year last year my tyre was torn from one of these speed ramps being exposed like this. All the speed ramps look worn, but this one has fallen apart.

Road has pot holes, drop curb is too high for wheelchair, 9th May
The road has had a long pothole for awhile and with the drop curb being too high and not flushed, it makes it really difficult for wheelchair user to get up. Today (9/5) the wheelchair finally gave in due to the struggle and bent a motor wire because of the steepness. The uneven road covers the length of 3 houses.
