The caravan has been left here abandoned for over two years it’s unsightly and obviously the condition has deteriorated significantly in that time. It has now started to blow with the wind and has moved so is also unstable. Its location is on the car park behind Ridge Avenue which is accessible from the top of Brownhill Avenue.

Years of substandard road surface patching continue to fail on an annual basis., 15th January
Mountain bike with suspension is the only comfortable way to ride through this section of road.
Has been badly patched several time over the last decade leaving the surface with as many raised lumps as there are potholes continually forming. even driving over the surface in a car resembles driving down a farm track rather than a tarmac road.

Rubbish bags and bin left on back street, 10th April
Occupants at 2 Culshaw Street always leave the refuse bin and refuse bags outside the back gate on the street partially blocking access to the back alley. This has been going on for over a month since they moved in. Last night on CCTV saw them distributing back bin bags down the back street.

A pile of rubbish tipped near the 9 hole golf shop off Deerpark Road., 22nd February
Flytipping off Deerpark Road near golf shop. Also is only a matter of time before the travelling fraternity realise they can get on the car park near the golf shop because park employees are driving over the grass verge instead of opening the gate that is there to stop people using the car park out of hours.

I think it irresponsible for companies and for local politicians to allow leaflet and voting flyers to be delivered by hand by across the town as in this critical time of infection, any material posted is handled by complete strangers who could contract covid and pass it on to residents this way as they have to remove the items from their letterboxes and front door areas. This should be STOPPED until the pandemic has wavered or ended.

A Highway Maintenance van has been parked half on the pavement for six days. It is restricting access for pedestrians, particularly those with physical disabilities and small children., 1st September

Loud and noisy Motorcycles speeding., 28th June
Need to have road humps to stop people flying up and down the main through road of brownhill avenue on loud and noisy motorcycles, they are a nuisance and a danger to young children playing out. There are cars parked up and down the street and if a child was to come out between them they wouldn't stand a chance.

Some road has started on the lowest end of Brownhill Ave., but there remains a large section, which is unfinished. I would not wish it to be as such for too long. Cars are parked unhelpfully on this narrow stretch and will need to be moved if work is to recommence., 16th March
