Years of substandard road surface patching continue to fail on an annual basis., 15th January
Mountain bike with suspension is the only comfortable way to ride through this section of road.
Has been badly patched several time over the last decade leaving the surface with as many raised lumps as there are potholes continually forming. even driving over the surface in a car resembles driving down a farm track rather than a tarmac road.

Speed limit sign damaged by a car, 11th August
A car has collided with a speed limit sign, causing the sign to bend over causing a footpath obstruction. The pole has bent at the base so will need replacing, as it's not simply been knocked out of the floor, it's still secure in the floor but bent.
The car driver got out and examined their own damage then drove off. Details unknown.

Overflowing skip and flytipping, 27th July
There is an overflowing tip at the end of the back street next to number 1 Mizpah Street and at the read of 153 Brunshaw Road. The skip was ordered by property developers on Mizpah Street but had been abandoned for over a month, leaving it to be overflowing and attracting fly tipping. It is causing a fire hazard to property and blocking access to rear of property gate.

Rubbish bags and bin left on back street, 10th April
Occupants at 2 Culshaw Street always leave the refuse bin and refuse bags outside the back gate on the street partially blocking access to the back alley. This has been going on for over a month since they moved in. Last night on CCTV saw them distributing back bin bags down the back street.
