Blocking 3 residents parking bays, 17th October
Parents keep blocking residents parking bays during the school pick up time in Cleeve close, Church Hill. The school have been notified many of times and have sent out text messages and put it on their news letters, yet it still keeps happening. By blocking 3 parking bays they are potentially blocking 3 residents from getting in or out of the close. Which causes more issues. I don’t think parents realise that to car park in the close belongs to the council too as the only sign up is on the grass (school land) , which states it’s the schools property. Is there a way we can make it more clear that the bays need to be accessible to residents at all times and the car park is owned by the council ?

Grass verges, 4th September
Please is it possible to trim all the grass verge areas in Stoke lane? I do understand that on the main Papermill Drive it is the policy now to leave as natural grass, but in our residential area most lawns are cut regularly and the areas of grass adjacent look so unkept and out of place. There has never been a problem in previous years and we do pay high rates. Please can you help.

Overgrown trees now hitting my shed, 3rd July
Behind 91 Loxley Close, and neighbouring properties, there is a large number of trees. These are now overgrown to the point the branches are hanging over our property and tapping the top of our shed in the wind.
The neighbours have had the trees cut behind their houses, so I know this can be resolved.
Please can we have ours cut back please.

Bad parking blocking the in and out access of Berkeley close, 2nd May
This person parks their Audi and white transit on the corner of the road and it’s really tight to get past, especially when it’s the van! We have had several occasions when an ambulance has had to attend a few houses in the close and they would struggle when his van is there. A fire engine definitely wouldn’t get through! It’s only a matter of time before someone bumps!

Car parking causing obstructions, 27th April
I am concerned about the parking in Church Hill Centre. Tanhouse Lane is double yellow lined from the Centre to past St Andrews Church.
This however does not stop people parking.
Only the other day there was an event at St Andrews Church and vehicles were parked on the yellow lines and also on both sides of the service road in Upper Field Close. No emergency vehicle would have been able to get through nor any delivery truck.
Today there are also vehicles presumably attending St Andrew's Church but are parked on the entrance road to Upper Field and on Tanhouse Lane itself.
I'd also like to bring to your attention the vehicles parked on Melbury Way, several vehicles and vans park half on, half off the pavement. Making the road narrow and also blocking the pavement for pedestrians.
Are you able to do anything about this as a traffic issue and possible obstruction of the Highway?
I will also be contacting Worcestershire County Council to see if they can do anything about this reoccurring issue.

Immobilised car on verge by my fence, 17th March
This car has been advertised on MarketPlace as "unable to get repaired" Therefore owner not intending to move to a garage for repair. I am concerned as it is by my garden fence (tree house in photo) that someone could potentially set fire to it or it just sits there week in, week out! Taxed and MOT valid. Grass cannot be cut by Council if left there.
