Reg. No. SC57 CLN this white citroen van is often seen parked in the eastern side car parking area in Bentley Close. DVLA details have been checked. It is parked on RBC land. This New Wall is seriously limiting visability at this junction!, 13th January
Location: the corner house at the junction of Vicarage Cres. and Bromsgrove Rd. The problem: The resident/owner is building a very tall wall at the front of the house. Surely there should be a VISIBILITY SPLAY - and the wall must not be over a height of about 2.5 metres. RBC's Planning Dept. need to investigate this matter, and take enforcement measures. This is not the only place in Redditch where a front garden wall, fence, or hedge is far too high. ROAD SAFETY - visibility at junctions is important.
