Stonebridge Island - Pothole at foot of slip road, 23rd April
Deep pothole at foot (bottom end) of slip road off the A45 Birmingham Road west bound onto Stonebridge Island (A45 / A452). Pot hole is approximately at the location of the stop line at the traffic lights, in the right hand lane. Pothole is deep enough to hit my driver's side alloy wheels on every time I drive over it by accident.

Pot hole and deteriorated road surface, 6th April
Slip road from Stonebridge Island (A452 Chester Road and A45 Birmingham Road) onto A45 Birmingham Road towards Coventry. Large pot hole, kerb-side in left-hand lane, prior to 8 miles to Coventry sign. Followed by patches of deteriorating road surface thereafter.

Slip road to Coventry divided by concrete barrier, no cones on left hand side, 26th March
Lorry went up left had side of concrete barrier by accident and had to reverse out backwards on slip road as not coned off. This is in day light so could be dangerous in dark

The drains all the way along this road are entirely blocked with mud. There are pools of water caught around them. No doubt this is because of the industrial premises / landfill on the road.

There are 3 or 4 sheets of metal on the A45 in the fast lane, on the section of the A45 between the M42 roundabout and the Stonebridge Island. The sheets of metal are roughly 3 or 4 metres in length. Please could these be cleared asap.
