Stonebridge Island - Pothole at foot of slip road, 23rd April
Deep pothole at foot (bottom end) of slip road off the A45 Birmingham Road west bound onto Stonebridge Island (A45 / A452). Pot hole is approximately at the location of the stop line at the traffic lights, in the right hand lane. Pothole is deep enough to hit my driver's side alloy wheels on every time I drive over it by accident.

Slip road to Coventry divided by concrete barrier, no cones on left hand side, 26th March
Lorry went up left had side of concrete barrier by accident and had to reverse out backwards on slip road as not coned off. This is in day light so could be dangerous in dark

Flytipped builders waste, 23rd March
Getting fed up now of reporting this flytipped waste. It’s not highways it’s north Warwickshire council who’s area it is. Its not Solihull as it’s on the north Warwick’s side of the A452. It’s only highways if on the road. Been there 6 months. And has been added to. Absolute disgrace. Suggest environmental health also advised as there are rats now breaking into the waste and its then becoming a highways hazard. If this isn’t going to be sorted with 7 days I’m going to advise the bbc and my mp

Debris on the A45 between the M42 island and the Stonebridge Island, 13th March
There are 3 or 4 sheets of metal on the A45 in the fast lane, on the section of the A45 between the M42 roundabout and the Stonebridge Island. The sheets of metal are roughly 3 or 4 metres in length. Please could these be cleared asap.

Flytippers material spanning 4 months, 3rd March
Highways say its not then. Although debris from this flytipped material is a hazard to the highway and blows across the road. Solihull SMBC - not them as their boundary is the middle of the A452. This is on the verge and is the responsibility of North Warwickshire Council. Either way the 3 parties need to agree to get this sorted. It’s been a blight and hazard for more than 4 months. I know it’s been reported scores of times already so why hasn’t it been sorted yet. Shameful. The police have even put police tape up because it’s blown across the highway. I’d like a response from this please - it’s gone on too long.

There is a vast amount of plastic debris kerbside at this point. It appears to be from previous road traffic accidents and has been here for at least two years. If it is not cleared it will end up in adjacent Hollywell Brook.
