If scooters are banned from being used on pavements. Birmingham City Council need enforce safety restrictions in place immediately. Can signs be put up in red and white stating scooters and cyclists are banned using the pavements and they will be fined. Also, all the pavement slabs that are broken or missing need to be replaced. The elderly and disabled people are tripping up on these broken slabs causing injuries.
