Once again there are beer cans, broken beer bottles amongst the rubbish in the alley way between The Haven and Ravenshill Road. I've lost count of the number of times I have reported this.......The leaves either side of the alley haven't been cleared for years so they have rotted down and now weeds are growing up everywhere. There's hardly room to get a pushchair through the bit of tarmac that's clear.
