Full pavement parking by dropping off kids at school and nursey, 8th May
Many cars fully park on the pavement near this corner in the mornings. While driving past I have just seen a blind gentleman with a white cane walk straight into the back of a car which was fully parked on the pavement. He was using stick to detect things that were in front but the end of the cane went under the car and he didn't detect it. The car was at an angle and leaving only a small gap to pass. I don't know if it's illegal parking but it is definitely a big nuisance to disabled people trying to get around.
