Parking on bend Bustleholme Lane, 31st March
Section 254 of highways code do not park on bend. Lovely parking. Always parking on bend causing issues to all other road uses.

The lamppost needs to be secured correctly., 2nd November
National Grid had attended the location whereby there was reports of the lamppost being used as an electrical output. National grid had made the lamppost safe from inside however did not secure the outside correctly as the screw was broken. A replacement screw is required to properly secure the lamppost opening.

Highway code 243 violation., 22nd October
Car is causing an obstruction and is violating Highway Code 243 which clearly states to not park on a bend unless you are forced to do so by stationary traffic.

Cr abandoned outside our house., 23rd July
It's have been outside the house for 24 hours no moved at all after running the check online with have found it is uninsured it parked on the pavment and causes an in convenience for passers by with our bins out

Parking from local school, 9th May
I would like to request that our street is made permit only due to the fact teachers from pennyhill keep parking so inconsiderately and incredibly dangerous double parking if ever a fire engine had to come down here it would struggle. We struggle to get onto our own driveways. Called the school numerous times and they just said to contact highways.!!!

Congestion, 26th April
At rush hour our street is getting jammed with traffic. We used to have double yellow lines outside our house which was removed 20years ago ish. I think by replacing the double yellow lines would help ease the congestion. Which would brings two lanes into use instead of one

Fencing removed and trees damaged, 19th October
Off road motorbikes and 4 x 4 are accessing your land off the Walsall Road. They have removed fencing and broen down trees to gain access. Concrete blockers have been sited near by but they have created another point of entry. Can you please look at resolving this issue as off road motorbikes are causing issue for local residents

Fridge left on public footpath, 20th September
A broken fridge has been left on the public footpath. Especially dangerous when this is a walking route for many families collecting their children from harvills hawthorn primary school.

Lighting not working on either "Give way" Sign, 13th September
There are two give way signs at the end of Dial Lane which are both fitted with lights so the signs can easily be seen upon approaching the bend. Neither of the signs lights are working meaning drivers can't see the signs clearly of a night time until they are within 10 metres of the sign not giving enough distance time to potentially avoid a accident.

This person parks with all 4 tyres on the pavement limiting public footpath, 12th September
This vehicle is parked here on a regular basis and is causing an obstruction for push chairs and wheel chair users. There is no reason why they can't park with two tyres on the pavement and two on the road as everybody does on the street.

Blocking pavement parking, 8th September
As a matter of urgency you must address the parking problems caused by the football teams who train on the football pitches of churchfields estate and the obstruction they are causing.
They are abusive to residents, blocking pavements with their parking and are forcing wheelchair users and people with pushchairs to walk on the road.
Please can I have confirmation that something is being done about this given that the residents here pay for your services and so expect a certain level of service delivery.
