School hours parking, 11th April
Outside Oldbury academy, the parking the half an hour before soon finished (3pm) is horrendous. Cars parked on top of t-junctions, cars parked on to footpaths blocking the paths for pedestrians. There is even cars parking in peoples closes where they live making it mark work for people to come and out of their homes.
I bumped my car last year down this road for the same reason, as parents pulling out on you or cars blockings cars from safely pulling into the t-junction. It’s an accident waiting to happen.

Rubbish and dog excrement, 11th March
As previously reported my neighbour is dumping rubbish in there back garden that has been there for months,I now cannot leave my back door open as I have rats running through my garden which my dog is now chasing, to get to said rubbish, that is pushing the fence down it is leaning against, also they are allowing there bins to overflow to the point that it is emptying out all over the avenue which is looking an absolute mess, and is an absolute embarrassment to the whole of thornhurst avenue. now the council mower’s that have just been out are refusing to cut the grass below my bedroom window because of the rubbish. They are also allowing their dog to foul on the communal grass outside the front and on the grass verges as you come up the avenue ,and when I approached them I got a load of abuse and she said what do you expect me to do pick it up every time!to which I replied yes .she then accused me of upsetting her children and threatened me with the police, but this is causing people to walk it onto my property ie post men parcel deliveries, visitors ect.I am really fed up of living like this due to one household treating the area like they own the whole road and just because they feel happy living in this filth I “don’t”and I don’t see why everyone else has to pay to live like this in their own homes!

Dog poo by the bin next to.bus shelter outside warley supermarket, 29th February
Unfortunately this is a regular incident around B689. Dog walkers either leave bags of dog poo by half empty bins or think it's acceptable to allow their dogs to poo next to the bins! Especially near primary schools and nurseries. Please can signage be improved and warning about fines.
