Sequence is dangerous, 16th May
Customer reported this issue to Worcestershire County Council, WCC reporting to National Highways: what have you done to the timing sequence. The new sequence when exiting the M5 south bound is dangerous and is going to result in a major accident. The lights change to allow exit off the motorway but the lights on the A38 towards Bromsgrove stay on red and do not allow traffic to move before the lights on your right change to green resulting in partial blockage, Then the next change of lights exiting the motorway only stay on green long enough to allow 2 cars to get through. This never used to be the case it's only since recent road works and all the traffic lights on the island where out.

Traffic light sequencing, 2nd May
The traffic light sequencing on the m5 jct 4 roundabout seems to have been changed recently causing huge amounts of traffic. Lights on the roundabout aren't letting enough vehicles through and round the roundabout at once, meaning queues block lanes - this is 100x worse when lorries are involved as they take up more room. Queues then build up on all approaches as a result. This wasn't a problem up until a few weeks ago.

Dangerous parking, 8th February
This idiot parked on the double yellow line on Old Birmingham Road at the junction of Cottage Lane. His trailer was over-hanging the junction and made it impossible for anyone to safely pull out of Cottage Lane. Given the area’s popularity with cyclists and motorcyclists, this sort of thoughtless, inconsiderate parking could be fatal. It is a persistent problem yet nothing is ever done about it.
