There are a lack of white lines/arrows on the floor at Hopwood Interchange coming off at j2 southbound. There have been countless incidents and near misses on the roundabout as drives are unsure of what labe to be in going round to the services or exiting to the A441. More lines &signs needed

Multiple Issues with lights not working, 13th February
Column 102 does seem to work Column 103 missing has been crashed into and is now just a bent stump Column 104 blinks on and off when light at night which creates a distraction on the roundabout this has been like it for about 8 months now

Street lights on roundabout flickering on and off, 4th December
On M42 J2 roundabout light columns 102,103,104 possibly 101 (from south bound entry to northbound exit) blink on and off when driving round the roundabout as if they are detecting movement. Other lights on the roundabout are switched on and don't flash causing distractions and providing constant light. I have noticed these have been doing this for about 6 months it has become more apparent now going into winter with the darker evening.

M42 Roadworks Where hardshoulder becomes an active lane, 24th May
M42 50mph area before roadworks. Where the live traffic is moved over and hard shoulder becomes active, The old road markings shine quite brightly in the sun and alot of people are following these road markings and not moving over a lane as per the new / temporary road markings. I've seen several near collisions because some people follow the new markings and some people are following the old markings and they are meeting in the middle.
