The large tree on the pavement outside 21 and 23 Irwin Avenue B45 8QY is becoming a nuisance now. It has been reported before but nothing has been done to it. My partner lives at number 23 Irwin Avenue, B45 8QY.his is the red car in the drive. There are Branches overhanging it and we are constantly getting mess from the trees and if there was a high wind it could break off and damage the car. Please can this be addressed.
