Missing bollards on Newhall Hill Cycle Lane, 30th April
There are two missing bollards on the cycle lane on Newhall Hill. The first is opposite 46 Newhall Hill and is leading to persistent parking as seen in this photo blocking the pavement. This was missed when the bollards were installed. The second is directly outside Tabu nightclub on Newhall hill. This was removed by the doormen so they could let customers park outside.
