At the junction of Oak Tree Lane OTL and Woodbrook Road WR a black car is frequently parked in OTL facing oncoming traffic entering OTL from WR.
This was the case this evening as the day light was fading.
I guess that this might be in breach of Highway Code rules 248 and 243.
Please inform the relevant agency before an accident occurs.

Parking Offences most days outside school, 1st May
Cars obstructing road , view and road crossing outside school causing a danger. Parking on double yellow lines and zig - zac’s both in mornings and afternoons. These two examples taken today at 3.15pm

Flytipping has been there for 3 weeks, 29th April
Cardboard was left out twice for the binmen but they ignored it and didnt take it with recycling or rubbish, someone has then left a roll of carpet off cuts on top.
