These bags can be put out at anytime, and therefore can be in the street for 7 days until refuse collections on Wednesday. Bags are torn open and the rubbish spreads up the road; these bags contain cat litter and cat faeces, so pretty unpleasant and hazardous.

At the junction of Oak Tree Lane OTL and Woodbrook Road WR a black car is frequently parked in OTL facing oncoming traffic entering OTL from WR.
This was the case this evening as the day light was fading.
I guess that this might be in breach of Highway Code rules 248 and 243.
Please inform the relevant agency before an accident occurs.
