Why has the Highways Engineers not addressed Entrance Exit to these business premises premises along the length of this road. Openly failing to adhere to PSED safety and illegal access over kerbs. For the last year (I've had my rescue dog for a year) I've walked past this site every day at first there was one or two bags someone had dumped now there's a whole pile of rubbish including a mattress, clothing etc people seem to be adding to the pile daily!

Waging war on motorists, yet ignoring the businesses implanted here by WMCA BCC, Who now use our footpaths as entrance and exits to there premises. Vandalising bollards so they can continue to damage footways as seen by the red barriers around damaged footpath., Putting bus passengers children Disabled at risk daily since 2017. . A true reflection of lived reality for working class Black marginalised communities, not one reflected in your pretty brochures or honours awards. The barriers are now ready to fall into a 40mph road pushed aside by vehicles, so business can continue using the footpaths.

Bushes whipping you in the face as walking down Halfpenny Field Walk, 30th April
These bushes have overgrown immensely into the public footpath. Struggle to walk past without being hit in the face. Seriously overgrown and need pruning back. It’s been like this since last summer but now much worse .

People with push chairs and wheel chairs have to cross the road on a "blind"bend as they cant fit through the gap., 29th April
This van has been parked there for months, it is blocking the pavement and is also on a bend in the road and has caused a couple of near misses through cars going round the van and then almost hitting other cars on the bend.
On closer inspection on the pavement side of the Van, the windows have been smashed and the tyre is flat.
It has been there for at least 4months with no movement.

Road works took place a few weeks ago but barriers and road closed signs have been left piled up on the pavements and not removed. These keep getting messed with an dragged down the road causing trip hazzards and obstruction
