There is a large puddle of water with accumulated rubbish at the traffic lights with the A34 across the full width of the cycle lane. It has been there for a couple of weeks and gets larger after rain but doesn't disappear when it hasn't been raining. It is a few inches deep and can't be avoided when using the cycle lane
