This issue has been reported twice now but with no action. We were advised by BCC that this was being investigated but it has been over 3 months since first reported. The builder yellow logo'ed bag is being used as a bin and waste placed inside it. Volunteer Litter Pickers have being removing this litter weekly. The council need to remove this now to prevent further inconvenience. Please can this be taken seriously and action taken.
