These bags can be put out at anytime, and therefore can be in the street for 7 days until refuse collections on Wednesday. Overflowing bins, 12th May
This area of Bank st, quite close to the high st, has been a problem for a long time. 2 bins on the pavement are full and overflowing onto the pavement and road. (See photo ) It is a health hazard. I have been told that two council flats there have one smallish bin each which is totally insufficient. Please can these bins be emptied and the surrounding rubbish be cleaned up. Also better bins need to be allocated.
