Black Bags left on street, 14th May
The corner of Manilla Road and Dogpool Lane has bin bags left out every single week. These bags can be put out at anytime, and therefore can be in the street for 7 days until refuse collections on Wednesday. Bags are torn open and the rubbish spreads up the road; these bags contain cat litter and cat faeces, so pretty unpleasant and hazardous.

Overflowing bins, 12th May
This area of Bank st, quite close to the high st, has been a problem for a long time. 2 bins on the pavement are full and overflowing onto the pavement and road. (See photo ) It is a health hazard. I have been told that two council flats there have one smallish bin each which is totally insufficient. Please can these bins be emptied and the surrounding rubbish be cleaned up. Also better bins need to be allocated.

Road sign not removed, 11th May
The diversion road sign has been at the bottom of Valentine rd for some time and is no longer needed. It must be confusing people. Also if rd signs like this are left then people tend not to take any notice when they really mean ‘diversion’ . Please pass my message on to the relevant department. Please could it be removed.

Excessive speeding, 10th May
There has been ongoing concerns from the residents at Woodstock Road, B13 9BN about speeding. I have witnessed cars go 70mph on this road for the past 4 years and I've reported this numerous times but nothing has been done. I am requesting speed bumps to be installed on this road to ensure traffic calming measures are applied and this issue is sorted. This road is notorious for crashes. It is only till time could tell when we get a fatal collision in the near future due to lack of negligence and nothing being done to combat this issue.
My request is for traffic calming measure to be installed, speed bumps will help massively. I will not live on a road and suffer every night to get sleep due to someone driving excessively on my road with a loud exhaust and not caring about others. This is reckless and out of order.
