Lorry driving with no MOT, 11th December
This vehicle reg Rfz 1831 .driving around Ballygelagh road with no care whats ever i nearly had a colliosion with this nasty driver.he has trade plates on front off lorry and his other cars.he must sell logs etc around the Ards area.he is going to hurt someone even kill them or himself please pass this on to the police etc
