Entrance blocked with snow by Council Workers, 16th February
Contractors working to clear road on behalf of Council have continued to pile up snow and block entrance since Saturday. We do not have any way of exiting our property or resources and facilities to dig our way out due to age and disability. A request has already been submitted to the Council with no response to date. Any assistance would be welcome. Thank you. Brian Tyrell

Water running onto highway causing damage, frozen road and further problems down hill, 18th January
Ongoing issue of water running out onto public road and flowing 200 metres or so downhill: problems are washing mud and stones onto road, freezing into ice so also dangerous, running water down to low point causing deep puddles, frozen road, damage to road which all results into tricky driving conditions. Rectification work done gets filled back in by dumping soil in run off channel Issue of water running from private lane needs to be sorted as part of the problem

Series of potholes over 30 metres on the road, been here for over 3 months and quickly getting worse. One is very large and deep, all need refilling

Numerous potholes appearing on this road between Lendrum Farm and Macterry Farm many deep filled with water. These have been here a while now and bit been addressed

Severe run off of water from ditch flowing down road and freezing, 15th November
The council kindly left a pile of road grit here for residents to use on road as it freezes badly on this corner, Fyvie estate have not cleaned ditches which causes water to flow into field opposite, so the farmer scooped up all the road grit and built up the grass bank to divert the water down the council road which then floods in the dip further down.

Blocked drain between strath o balquholly and backsmiddy, 12th November
The water is continually overflowing onto the road and causing difficult conditions for traffic and nearby properties. This has been going on for 6 weeks or more and could cause hazardous conditions if it freezes.

Water running across roadway, 18th October
On the junction of the private road to Blachrie and the public road, water continually is running out of this road across the public highway. Come winter this will be dangerous if frozen that could cause an accident. This water coming off the private Blachrie road is due to poor maintanence and farm traffic running over the ditches, hence do not take water of the road
