New Byth street lights are all out apart from 7, 8th December
All the street lights in Main street, Kirk Brae and Old School Road are all out and the place is in wartime darkness. Due to the slow and ice it is so dangerous just walking during the hours of darkness. Your other site indicates that is is possible to report a consecutive string of lights out but I tried and I can only report 1 which is no use to me. Your long winded way of registering for your My Account site is the longest winded I have ever come across and I still cannot access your site from here your telephone fault line does not even have an answering machine, I wonder why not as most public service have such a system but not yours for some obscure reason which escapes me
