I have highlighted this problem previously but on a recent walk noticed the addition of tyres to the accumulation of rubbish., 13th April
New addition to existing fly-tipping problem at the gas pipeline area. I suppose when one lot isn't cleared up it becomes a place to go to in order to dump things and have the screen of trees hiding your vehicle from passing motorists etc. so others don't see what you are up to.
