Dangerous parking on corner, 27th February
Vehicles using the pharmacy routinely park on the corner to South High Street, when turning right onto South high street from seafield street the corner is blind until made. If the left side has a vehicle parked there then you are often head to head with an oncoming vehicle and faced with the option to reverse onto a busy main road else hope the other vehicle will reverse.

Cars parking outside charity shop opposite puplic car park, this is causing an Unnecessary danger to pedestrians and vehicles having to negotiate emerging vehicles from the car park, vehicles coming from the opposite direction and sometimes can block the west side of the road down to the junction. South high street is already basically a single lane due to all the parked cars and this simply compounds the issue. Simple no parking signage would be appreciated and perhaps ask the shop to ask customers to simply use the car park.

Beside the carpark at the coop down towards the loch the wee fence that surrounds the bottom of the car park has a broken fence. Just incase there is nails sticking out and could hurt someone

Damaged water tap area, 30th March
The water tap bracket is unsecure and about to fall off. The drain is broken and blocked therefore flooding the ground and making it muddy, slippery and unsafe. The paving around the drainage is poor ( broken & uneven slabs )

The trees either side if the junction are severely overgrown obstructing your vision entering onto the main road as a driver of an agricultural tractor it is extensively worse I personally have had a few close escapes as have my co workers it is a serious accident waiting to happen
