Very uneven footpath
poor patching
36 Wilson Road has just removed their massive hedge, which was previously covering half the pavement. Unfortunately this has revealed that the recent tarmac patches follow gas works have left an extremely uneven surface, which could pose a trip hazard. The tarmac hasnt been flattened and is worse than it looks in the photo.

Parking on pavement

Why can these vehicles be aloud to park on the pavement?? They are taxed insured road legal, if these were cars theyd be charged ! The pizza shop is a Bussiness and the van thing is used for delivering WX21 CXJ And the owner parks his motorcycle on pavement outside the shop MA54 COP

Defective Temporary Traffic Lights
30th October
The temporary traffic lights installed by CALA homes are defective. Constantly get stuck on red or synchronisation goes wrong.
This has occurred 10 times in a week
Causes excessive traffic build up on raemoir road, upper Lochton, resulting in behicles nearly having head on collisions due to faulty synchronisation of lights or cars having to ignore faulty red lights.
Becoming dangerous.
Clearly the temporary lights are faulty and not fit for purpose and need to be replaced ASAP

Temporary traffic lights - constant faults
30th October
CALA housing developments temporary traffic lights continue to have repeated faults with system with lights being stuck on red.
Has been faulty 8x within 10 day period.
Constantly causing traffic to build up on raemoir road, upper Lochton, vehicles having to ignore red lights increasing risk to both other drivers/vehicles, pedestrians trying to cross raemoir road etc.
Overhearing CALA workmen while waiting at faulty red light they dont know what issue is with the lights or how to rectify and fix it.
Recommend they hire replacement set of temporary traffic lights
