Broken exposed drain ~150m from Brimmond Car Park, 4th February
Access/drain cover is completely broken leaving approx 2 foot by 1and a half foot man hole cover exposed, with a 1 and a half foot drop. Dangerous for walkers on the designated walking roots, but incredibly dangerous for cars! Exposed man hole is approx 150m from Brimmond Hill Car Park, and about 15m from "Wellside" driveway sign

Massively long pothole, 23rd January
Years ago a trench was dug here. Now the patch is failing. There is a long series of potholes here just south of Hillside Road. The worst one is actually longer than a car. This one is actually a danger to cyclists as well as cars, at it is along the line marking the cycle lane.

This has been here for months. It is difficult to avoid if you are turning into Hillside Road from the Westhill side, and very easy to not see in the dark, especially if it has been raining and the pothole is full of water.

To the left of the entrance of Westhill primary school there is a sign installed where the support poles are significantly corroded which will either total fail and the sugn fall as well as leave the failed posts at dangerously risk of personal injury, it its current state the corroded legs / posts are a personal injury risk due to the jagged edges caused by the corrosion.

Excessively high and large tree that would impact housing if fell due to storm / wind, 24th October
The tree located on this council land is excessively high and large, if it were to fall due to wind or storm it would impact the two semi detached houses in its line of sight. It is the largest tree in the area and has been allowed to grow to the current excessive height which places the two houses at significant risk of impact in the event of the tree falling due to storm or high wind, thus, risk to persons / families living in the semi detached property in direct line of the tree.

Blocked Drain Causing Huge Puddle and Stream, 21st October
There is a blocked drain on the golf course side of Westhill Drive, opposite Hilltop Drive. It is causing a deep puddle across the entire road, and it is running into Hilltop Drive. We realise Storm Babet is causing worse problems elsewhere, but these drains need to be regularly maintained. At some point, the ones not blocked won't be able to cope with their job and do that of the blocked ones.
