This caravan is blocking pavement for disabled people & people walking past & towbar protrudes in to road restricted access for cars to pass when other vehicles parked at other side which is very dangerous in the dark.Section 137 of Highway act 1980

Two sofas and a trampoline, 30th December
Sofa been abandoned behind 138 Glenbervie Road and just across the grass in the courtyard for the flats at Abbey Place there is a sofa and an old trampoline. The trampoline is falling to bits and is behind the heras fencing that has been there for months.

Persistant dog fouling, 4th September
There is a guy in our block that constantly let's his dog foul outside the building 1 at Balnagask Circle and it has also happened inside a couple of times in the landing. It has been reported numerous times but is still happening.

Very deep pothole, 13th May
Vast, tyre-swallowing pothole just before the junction. Directly opposite fruit+veg wholesaler. Has been there at least 1yr with no resolution. Particularly difficult to see on approach and avoid when traffic is oncoming. Direction of travel is downhill towards the harbour from Victoria Road.

Various potholes, 16th January
Potholes running from abbey road at Victoria Road junction to Glenbervie Road.
The section at Glenbervie Road junction is particularly bad with one large crater getting bigger.

Potholes, crumbling road surface, years of patching / hard winters, no repairs, 19th October
Baxter Street / Abbey Road junction. A number of large / deep potholes and dangerous potholes > 3/5 in deep. The problem has been aggravated by no maintenance / years of patching. The damage being caused to cars is extensive (suspension, ball joints etc). This is an urgent problem that needs fixing as the road surface is loose in some areas. This resulted in a large stone being flung by a car and nearly hitting a child. URGENT!

The NCN Route 1 cycle route sign, 17th May
Going north towards the Torry Battery, the cycle route is signed as straight up towards the Battery. This leads to a dead end. This should be pointing up St Fitticks Road while the construction work at the harbour is ongoing. This has been the case for two years!!

Reverse parking in parallel parking spaces., 7th May
There are 2 spots in particular on York Street where people are reverse parking in spaces designed for parallel parking. Some vehicles stick out over 0.5 of a meter into the road, its an industrial area with loads of lorries, some path on the pavement opposite restricting Road width even more. There are plenty of parking spaces for those care as a car park is provided. I have no doubt this issue will cause an accident given time as I have had a couple of near misses myself.
