Parking, 22nd June
Number 4 keep leaving notes on peoples cars asking them to move them etc as they claim it’s a private street. I have politely told them, that it’s a road anyone can park on. Daily they are leaving a pallet of wood on the front to “reserve” their space. Making it dangerous for other cars.

Speeding, 26th July
Hello First of all I must apologise as I'm sure you get a inbox full of messages regarding speeding issues in the ward, however I wanted to highlight a specific issue on Lee Lane in Abram. As I'm sure you are aware, the road leads to Lee Land Park which is busy with families and dog walkers throughout the day, especially during the summer. However the traffic traveling along the road are speeding way in excess of 30mph due for straight nature of the road leading down to the park. I have lived here for many years and it's been getting progressively worse each year. I would suggest that 3, or maybe even two speed humps similar to the ones on Simpkin Street would solve the problem and encourage drivers to slow down and not use the road as a race track. I know budgets are stretched and there are many areas that need attention, however I believe that just as Simpkin Street was prioritised due to the School, Lee Lane should be looked at due to the proximity to the Park and the amount of vulnerable pedestrians use the road as their main route. I would kindly suggest you discuss this with the Abram ward councillors who have also been made aware of this issue to see if there is any way you could work together to reduce the potential risks before anything more serious occurs. Please keep me updated with any progress Kind regards Mr Myers
