The road and pavement are sloped slightly however over time this has increased creating a small valley this is causing damage to our cars and the cars of whomever comes to our property.

Speed bumps are too high, 18th September
The speed bumps that have been installed are too high and have resulted in damage to my vehicle. On driving over one of the bumps my rear spring snapped and I am now unable to use my car for work until it is fixed at considerable cost.

Centre bollard , mashed onto, 8th March
Debris and also spike sticking up in road , all centre bollards /signs are very dirty and hard to see

Crossing beep, 11th July
The traffic light crossing is going off every ten second of it’s own accord. This is highly disruptive as it is beeping all through the night also.

Parking on double yellow lines at a junction, 30th March
This car was parked here last night when I left work at 9pm. It is again parked here. This is a bad junction at the best of times to come out of this car (which is not only parked on double yellow lines but obstructing the path) is making it worse

Various deep potholes, 11th February
Bad potholes on Belmont Road hindley in middle of road about 3 quite deep ones close together. BEWARE Been there few weeks now.

Dog fouling, 2nd June
We in Sussex Close cul-de-sac are sick of poop bags left on tarmac in public footpath between us and Long Lane we spend a lot of time and money looking after our Communal lawns and Gardens which once again is all planted out nicely... At the moment there is a pile of full poop bags left on the foopath, Could you please have them moved or close the path it stinks...

On tarmac path causing obstruction to pedestrians., 23rd January
Vans used for work and card hindering disabled people going shopping at Spar etc.and parents with prams to and from schools.Dangerous and annoying as there is parking at rear of properties.

Someone has dumped about 15 logs at the top of the path near the gate to get into hockey brook , heavy looking things

Road surface heavy wear near drain, 15th August
Road is damaged on eastbound Bickershaw Lane, close to drain opposite 394/396 Bickershaw Lane. Results in house shaking when HGV/Buses drive past.

Graffiti chalked in the road at the end of askwith road, 1st June
Children in the street as chalked in the road for approximately 20 metres. This is on askwith road and adjacent to coplow dale. The parents are there and watching them do it. It’s unsightly and not acceptable when some residents respect there properties and want to live in a nice presented area.

Over flowing bins, 23rd May
The bin on Darby lane at the entrance to the car park is over flowing and as a lot of dog walkers use the bin and it's been hot recently it's starting to smell a bit

No car park bay markings., 14th May
There is a small council car park between the pub (Spinners Arms) and restaurant (Rosie’s). As the car park has no line markings, drivers often take up far too much space meaning that the capacity for parking here is greatly reduced. Can lines be painted on this car park? In addition, the owner of the nearby laundry shop (Hindley Green Fresh and Clean) claims an area of the car park belongs to her and has placed a cone there, however there is a clear sign at the entrance to the car park that says it is council owned.
