For the sailors out there, the nearby National Maritime Museum Cornwall is worth a visit, as it offers a wealth of information about shipbuilding, navigation, and sailing.

The Beaches around Mylor Bridge and within the TR26 postcode are consistently rated amongst the best in Cornwall. Gyllyngvase Beach is a very popular destination, with visitors taking in the views over Falmouth Bay, while Swanpool is a secluded beach that's great for watersports. The nearby beaches of Durgan and Maenporth are also worth a visit, each with their own unique charm and beauty.
