Continual dog fouling on church street on five wells lane side, 15th March
We are disabled. Its difficult and time consuming to have to keep picking it up and discarding it. Can a notice be put up at intervals on this lane somewhere? Every other day. Off and on for years. Also people leaving filled poo bags on the ground or in bushes general vacinity public all along the length of the lane . Passing cars scatter it everywhere and people tread in it. Health hazard, unsightly and you can imagine the mess when it rains.
