TN7 is the postcode for the Tonbridge district of Kent in the UK. Located south of Sevenoaks, TN7 is a mainly rural district, with the majority of its 6,500 inhabitants living in the rural village of Hildenborough or its surrounding hamlets and farmsteads such as Leigh, Penshurst, Fordcombe and Hadlow. Close to the border with East Sussex, TN7 is close to the villages of East Malling and Larkfield, both of which have a number of historic buildings.

TN7 is composed of heathland and woodland including Bough Beech, a wooded valley located in the south-east corner of the TN7 area. The majority of the area is designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, boasting a number of natural habitats including ancient woodland, wet meadows, townland, farm, pond and rough grassland as well as heathland. The region is supported by a wealth of flora and fauna, from orchids and green hellebores, to unique amphibians, reptiles and a wide range of breeding birds.

Nearby Tonbridge Castle in at the heart of the town and has been standing for over 900 years and continues to host events and exhibitions throughout the year. The castle was administered by the de Clare family in the 12th and 13th centuries, then became part of King Edward I's estate in 1290. It is now a grade I listed building and a Scheduled Ancient Monument. Recently, the castle was featured in the Netflix film The King.

Additionally, TN7 is home to many popular attractions such as Tonbridge Swimming Pool, Tonbridge Old Fire Station and Rusheng Park, a large green space located in the centre of Tonbridge town. TN7 also boasts a good selection of pubs, bars and restaurants, from larger chain venues to independent eateries, as well as independent shops, boutiques, hairdressers and salons.

The area has easy access to the M25 motorway, as well as the towns of Sevenoaks and Tunbridge Wells, as well as other major road and rail links, and three local train stations in Tonbridge, Hildenborough and Leigh.

TN7 is an attractive district in the English countryside for families and visitors alike, with its diverse landscape of ancient woods and rural villages providing plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities, such as walking, cycling, running and birdwatching.
