This road throughout is TERRIBLE! Full of potholes and uneven surface. I have had to pay out £250 for new tyres and a suspension arm to due how uneven the road is and I can only imagine I’ll have to pay this again in 6 months time as this is the only option of commuting to work through this road. Please help to fix this asap so I’m not having to pay for damage to my car.

The ironwork as sunk or more looks like it fast giving way and is a major hazard especially to cyclists and Motorcycles, This is a serious problem that requires urgent attention.

Sunken drain and large pothole, 20th February
This drain cover has been sinking for years, there are now a couple of large potholes surrounding the drain and getting these are getting bigger and bigger.

Deep gap developing at the end of our drive, 28th January
The edge of the road has broken up at the end of our (concrete) drive. It has developed into a long and fairly deep pothole.

Road surface is badly breaking up from the junction with Shirlowe Lane to the junction with Church Road, 21st December
The road surface (especially travelling towards Roden) is badly breaking up and has numerous pot holes within it. This has been the situation for well over 12 months and it continues to get worse and worse. Old repairs to sections of this carriageway are failing and adding to the issues. Vehicles are veering across the road in order to avoid some of the worst parts and this is becoming dangerous to oncoming traffic!!!

Protruding Inspection cover surround, 30th November
On the south side at this location is a (OpenReach?) inspection hole with a cover. The surround now protrudes into the road from the verge and it has sharp edges which will easily cause a puncture. The verge is eroded as farm vehicles and large lorries pass on this B road.
