Traffic lights sequence changed, 4th March
Since the recent road resurfacing the traffic light sequence has changed near the Barnes resulting in traffic queue all the way back to Barnes Park, sequence prior to this worked really well. Please can we go back to old sequence. Thank you

Take rubbish home, 2nd March
This is for all the council estates and businesses close to them!, all over sunderland, my street isn't the only one. Plastic\metal cans whatever! is always dropped in the street!. PLEASE PUT signs?? up encouraging strongly residents\pedestrians to take whatever home and RECYCLE ????????? thankyou

Pavement parking, 8th February
They consistently park too far onto the pavement forcing people especially people with a buggy or pram with a baby or child into the road to get around. We have heard people with health conditions requiring a wheelchair or a walking stick knocking on our door and other peoples doors enquiring about the car as the cannot get past. Many times children in particular have ran up the pavement and then into the road due to the obstruction and dont always look for oncoming cars.

Potholes are part of wider previously repaired areas. These potholes are on my daily route and unavoidable cos of narrowed road. These potholes have contributed to my car being damagyi.e. broken coil springs costing me £176 to have replaced.

Van Flytipped Waste in back lane, 11th October
At around 16:30pm residents heard a loud bang and thought someone's wall had collapsed.
This is the lane up from Oaklands terrace in the back lane between Queens Crescent and Hawarden Crescent.
Upon checking a large van was spotted driving up the back lane with its tailgate open allowing the waste to spew out onto into the lane. It also dropped something in the next lane up.
This is going to cause problems when the bin men do their rounds or people trying to drive up the lane.
It will need urgently removing.

Deep pothole noticeable when driving over it, 15th September
The road along here needs renewing. You can also see cracking to the surrounding surfaces. There have been some very poor quality repairs recently on the pavement outside around 28 Barnes View. These won't last and a better more permanent repair is needed both here and the location of my complaint.
