Previously reported as Herts County Council ticket 401003893440
2 street lights - outside 98 and outside 102 Cowper Road. These street lights are intermittent - works some nights, flash sometimes, other nights total darkness. Dark stretch is therefore several hundred yards. Neighbours are expressing their fear of walking on the street at night. Lights do work sometimes. Not sure if rain-related. 2 lights working together or not working together so connected in someway. Previously looked at (thank you) by Hcc highways and power company but ticket resolved in January.
