Unsafe Street sign - broken from post, 7th April
There is a dangerously unsafe street sign which has come loose from the metal post. It needs to be fixed to avoid falling on a pedestrian (or child!!) on the footpath below. It is also located near of a busy traffic roundabout- to avoid a vehicle collision . Zebra crossing white markings are worn away. Been like this for at least a year. It is dangerous because cars are less likely to stop as it doesn't look like a crossing point

Street lights are intermittent (pair), 27th February
Previously reported as Herts County Council ticket 401003893440
2 street lights - outside 98 and outside 102 Cowper Road. These street lights are intermittent - works some nights, flash sometimes, other nights total darkness. Dark stretch is therefore several hundred yards. Neighbours are expressing their fear of walking on the street at night. Lights do work sometimes. Not sure if rain-related. 2 lights working together or not working together so connected in someway. Previously looked at (thank you) by Hcc highways and power company but ticket resolved in January. Unfortunately problem still persists. Please help us make our street safe

Cars being left by car trader, 24th February
A car trader is leaving cars, up to 4 at a time on the left hand side as you drive into the close. The cars are advertised on Autotrader. Numerous cars disappear only for new ones to appear. Some of the cars have auction numbers written on them. Mix of no car tax/MOT. None of the cars have insurance or have trade plates. It’s a complete nuisance and is an obstruction.
