Unsafe Street sign - broken from post, 7th April
There is a dangerously unsafe street sign which has come loose from the metal post. It needs to be fixed to avoid falling on a pedestrian (or child!!) on the footpath below. It is also located near of a busy traffic roundabout- to avoid a vehicle collision . Looks to be a failed repair that needs sorting permanently. Catches NS wheels or swerve in to middle of road to avoid it which on a corner isn’t a good idea.

Street lights are intermittent (pair), 27th February
Previously reported as Herts County Council ticket 401003893440
2 street lights - outside 98 and outside 102 Cowper Road. These street lights are intermittent - works some nights, flash sometimes, other nights total darkness. Dark stretch is therefore several hundred yards. Neighbours are expressing their fear of walking on the street at night. Lights do work sometimes. Not sure if rain-related. 2 lights working together or not working together so connected in someway. Previously looked at (thank you) by Hcc highways and power company but ticket resolved in January. Unfortunately problem still persists. Please help us make our street safe
