SO21 is a postcode district covering parts of the city of Winchester and several large villages in Hampshire, England. It lies roughly 10 miles north-west of Southampton and is bordered by the postcode areas of SO20, SO23, SO30, SO51, RG21 and SP10.

SO21 covers the town of Bishops Waltham, the villages of Waltham Chase and Swanmore, and areas of Kings Worthy and Upham. The district covers an area of 93.61 square kilometres and as of the 2011 census had a population of 16,841.

Bishop's Waltham is a small town located in the district and has a variety of shops, businesses and cafes. It is particularly popular amongst cyclists and walkers due to its picturesque landscape and the beauty of its surrounding countryside. There are also many historic churches and houses scattered around the town.

Waltham Chase, located just south of Bishop's Waltham, is a small village with a population of just over 500. It is a quiet rural village with a vibrant community that hosts numerous events throughout the year, such as the annual Scarecrow Festival, which attracts people from all over the area.

Swanmore is another village located within the SO21 postcode district. It is a small and peaceful village with a population of just over 2,400. It is renowned for its sweeping views of the surrounding countryside, and its fantastic walking routes.

The postcode district also includes areas of Upham and Kings Worthy. Upham is home to Upham Church, a grade I listed building that is one of the oldest in the Hampshire area and is believed to have been built in the 12th century. Kings Worthy is an attractive village located south-west of Winchester, with a variety of shops and a pub used popularly by locals.

SO21 is well-connected by road, with links to the M3 motorway and A31 and A32 nearby. The area is served by bus routes operated by First Hampshire, although there is no railway station in the district. There is also no international airport within the area, however, the nearest airports are located in Gatwick, Southampton and Bournemouth.
