Blocked drain, 13th April
This was notified in Feb. The road floods across the junction - which lifts the surface of the road. There is a bush growing in the drain. The flooding is dangerous. The response was that you were going to fix this in 6-8 weeks. You haven’t - please reinstate the previous report and clear the big drain//grating that takes the water away underneath the junction..

Hedsor Hill junction with Hedsor Road, 12th April
The junction of Hedsor Hill with Upper Hedsor Road needs a sign to indicate it has a weight restriction of 7.5T - we have frequent violations. Removing the sign at the top of Hedsor Road directing traffic down Hedsor Road to reach Bourne End would help. In addition, coming down Hedsor Hill there is no junction warning sign before the final bend meaning traffic travelling at speed comes down the hill and round the corner to be faced with traffic turning right uphill out of the tricky junction at the top of Hedsor Road. Blaring horns are the weekend backdrop. It's really very dangerous, even the police have rolled their vehicle coming round that bend in the past.

Toilets next to Community Centre, 12th April
Public toilets - the lock is broken on one of the toilets, lady got stuck in there today and fire crew had to come out and break the lock to be able to get her out. One toilet is now left with no lock, concerned that the kids that play in that area will damage the toilets and bad things will happen if it is left open.

There is a small white dead dog under some branches from a fallen tree. It appears to be quite recent as there was very little perceptible decay…seen at 12:55 on Sunday 7th October 2024.

Why is the road still closed round Stratford Drive, Wooburn Green by Thames Water when the license says from 25-27th and bollards are still there closing road and it isn't tarmaced yet? They will be clearly going past the license permitted

Flooding - near Highfield Road flooding, 23rd March
I suspect this is an issue linked to the Highfield Road flooding that I see has been reported. Every time there is significant rainfall Cores End Road gets flooded (in the area where the road from Bourne End Business Park exits onto Cores End Road.) It takes days or weeks (literally) to drain away. As of today 23 March the water is still there, both sides of the main carriageway but is now receding (has not rained for a few days). I notice that water seems to drain down the drain covers on the road but not down the storm drains in the gutters by the sides of the pavement. This flooding issues has gone on (on and off) now for months and nothing seems to be done about it. Strangely I do not remember this being an issue in the past ie a year or two back and further. Thankfully no significant cold snaps where ice on the road in hat section would be very hazardous.

Corner of Town Lane and Thomas Road, 22nd March
Residents Parked vehicles blocking pavement for pedestrians. Residents vehicles constantly blocking safe access to both the pavement and Road way which causes issues virtually every day. Could this part of Thomas Road not be adopted by the local authority to help the land owner and other users alleviate this on going issue.
