FIXMYSTREET IN OX15 6DZ
The following problems have been reported on Fix My Street within 2 miles of OX15 6DZ:
Large deep pot hole not fixed, 19th April
At noon today this was marked as fixed.
As you can see by the photo it is not fixed, it is not even outlined with red or white paint.
Attached is the previous report showing its number.
I complain most strenuously that this was marked as fixed when it hasn't been.

Potholes now more like craters, 18th April
The potholes on Ironstone Lane which have now been reported several times are STILL waiting to be repaired. There has been no activity from OCC Highways despite reports being lodged on Fix My Street by myself and others over a month ago (ENQ24996963 & ENQ24996963) and OCC changing the status to 'investigating'. The potholes, in particular the ones reported opposite the large oak tree are now very large and cars have to drive on the grass verge to avoid them. See photos attached. There are several other potholes along Ironstone Lane and with the expansion of the Office Park the road is consistently getting more use, so potholes are constantly appearing. The whole stretch could do with carriageway resurfacing but the council has so far refused to do so.

Fixed? You must be joking!, 18th April
How many times does one have to report issues with this stretch of road? I received a notification from the council yesterday to say that ENQ24996511 had been fixed. As you can see from the photographs I have taken this morning, it is far from repaired. I don't know what your highways maintenance teams class as 'fixed' but if this has been 'fixed', I'll eat my hat. Please sort this out properly.

Big pothole where wheel of car passes over, 4th April
Pothole has been here for months and nothing being done. When it rains it fills with water and is then hidden from drivers view. It is on the bend entering the village. Swerving to avoid it puts you on the wrong side of the road round a blind bend. Please fix it urgently. Despite multiple complains nothing is being done to fix it

Multiple potholes along this stretch of raod, 4th April
Previously reported and not being fixed. Any damage to vehicles is now deemed to be the fault of the local authority as they have been notified on numerous occasions. All the lanes around this location are full of pot holes. Local businesses are fed up with OCC ignoring these issues.

This road is desperately in need of repair, 12th March
The surface barely constitutes a road it’s very rough full of pot holes and is totally unacceptable and frankly dangerous. The whole thing needs addressing and resurfacing. Please investigate, it’s been awful for years but is getting worse.

Junction Road markings, 11th March
This is the THIRD time that it has been reported that the Give Way white lines at this important junction in the middle of the village have been erased. This proves an issue with cars cutting the corner into Hornton Road. Your latest reply states 'investigation completed'. The work clearly hasn't been done. Please can this work be completed. Faded white lines in key area of bend, 5th March
The white lines on both sides of the road need repainting, as the two attached images clearly show. These markings signify 'no parking' as it is on a bend and people continue to park there and it is dangerous. Actually I think it should be double yellow lines, and wonder if an officer might assess this? I have been here for 14 years and do not recall any repainting so thank you in advance for doing it. The parking has become a misery to pull out of our drive (next door too) on the bend with several near misses to date.
