The residents (most but sadly not all) treat each other as if they were one big family, always chatting and friendly. Lots of dog walkers, mostly the older type. The neighbourhood residential gardens are getting cleaned up by a young guy who is just happy to help the older people who can't quite manage, really good to see. Its a really nice postcode to live in.
